Are you a problem-solver who enjoys technology and enjoys helping others? This is your opportunity to work as a Technical Support Specialist for Microsoft in Lisbon, where you’ll help enterprise customers solve complex technical issues using the latest Microsoft technologies.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide exceptional technical support to Microsoft enterprise customers, resolving issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with engineers, product groups, and management to find the best solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering efficient support in Czech and English.
• Ensure all requests adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and document your technical work for future reference.
What You’ll Bring:
• Strong technical expertise in Office 365, Exchange Online, and networking protocols (Kerberos, DNS, NTLM, etc.).
• Experience working with Azure Active Directory Connect, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
